Exercise Stats Week 12

Montes Lounge post Wednesday workout
Monday - Felt terrible after the news that Lulu had missed the Respiratory clinic  so all I managed was a walk around the block Monday night

Tuesday- Morning workout - 10 x push-ups 10 x squats, 10 x tricep dips, 10 x burpees, 10 x shoulder presses with 2kg weights - repeated the circuit three times then 50 sit ups and 50 crunches and a run to ANZAC hill & back. 360 Calories.

Wednesday - 3km run plus ANZAC Hill climb. This workout ended at Montes Lounge, as all good workouts should!

Friday - Morning workout - This workout with high knees instead of jumping jacks and a run around the park.

Am really pleased with my effort this week. Feeling great.
