Exercise Stats Week 6

Sunday - rest day

Monday - 40 sit-ups, 20 push-ups and 40 squats plus 4km run - my longest yet. Then Lulu & spent the morning at the town swimming pool & that totally counts as exercise.

Tuesday - 40 sit-ups, 20 push-ups and 40 squats.

Wednesday - 2.6km run - This was really hard work but worth it.

Thursday - 40 crunches, 20 push-ups and 40 squats

Friday - rest day - work has been so busy lately & I was so tired Thursday night that I just couldn't push myself to do a work out & I told Nick the night before that he could go instead but he was too tired as well. A sleep in for all.

Saturday - much the same feelings as Friday but I did manage 40 crunches, 20 push-ups and 40 squats - my pj 'workout'.

Next week I'm going to be in Darwin for work so follow me on instagram for some specky esplanade runs - fingers crossed the monsoonal showers forecast for the week don't restrict me to only indoor runs!
