Exercise Stats - Week 4

Sunday - Interval run - 3.5km 260 calorie burn - in the drizzling rain. Rain is fairly rare around here so it was lovely running in the drizzle.

Monday - rest day

Tuesday - Interval run - 3km 200 calorie burn. Birthday run. A great way to start the day.

Wednesday - rest day

Thursday - rest day

Friday - rest day

Saturday - rest day

Ok so maybe too many rest days this week and yes I have fallen off my Nike Training Club program. Here's to a new start next week.
