Sunday - 2km - Can I really count our walk into town for brunch as exercise? 

Monday - 3.8km walking 

Tuesday - 2.9km Week 4 C25K running, 3.33km walking

WednesdayDay 7 30 day shred.

Thursday -  Fist half day back at work

Friday - First full day back at work

Saturday - 3.63km Week 4 C25K running

Total kms - 12.33km
